Dwayne Baraka is what happens when a policy wonk grows a sense of humour and forgets to suppress it. By day he wrangles waste strategy and sustainability plans; by night he’s running Launceston Improv Theatre, improvising musicals, or riffing his way through scenes with questionable accents and too much enthusiasm. Expect brains, stupidity, charm, offense and a dangerously high tolerance for nonsense.
