エミエミ (emi emi) is the experimental J-pop project of 28-year-old Emi Doi, born and raised in Lutruwita/Tasmania to a Launcestonian mum and Japanese dad. Singing in a playful mix of Japanese and English, she’s joined live by Charlie Pyecroft on vocals, synth and DJ, with dancers Eri Mullooly-Hill Konishi and Risa Muramatsu-Ray, for a high-energy show ready for any stage.
Junction acknowledges the Palawa people as the original and ongoing owners and custodians of Lutruwita. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded.
