1. The Promotor is Junction Arts Festival.

Eligibility:

1. The Spring Getaway Giveaway is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Employees and immediate family members of Junction Arts Festival are not eligible to enter the giveaway.

How to Enter:

1. Follow Junction Arts Festival on Instagram and Facebook.

2. Like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments whom you would like to take on the getaway.

3. Entrants must also sign up for Junction Arts Festival's mailing list through the provided link.

4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on August 7, 2023, and ends on August 20, 2023. All entries must be submitted by [End Date] at 11:59 PM AEST.

5. Entrants must be available to redeem the prize on the specific days outlined below.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Prize Details:

The prize includes:

1. Two round-trip flights from either Melbourne or Sydney to Launceston, Tasmania, for the winner and their chosen friend.

2. A 2-night stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor in Launceston on the 22nd and 23rd of September 2023.

3. Two golden tickets to the Junction Arts Festival, including a $200 drinks voucher.

4. A specially curated beverage pack from our beverage partners.

5. The prize must be taken as offered and no exchange is available. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person.

Winner Selection:

1. This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place in Launceston, Tasmania on the 21st of August.

2. The winner will be contacted via email (from the email address marketing@junctionartsfestival.com.au on 21 August 2023.

3. If the winner has not accepted their prize by email sent to marketing@junctionartsfestival.com.au prior to 3pm on 25 August 2023, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant by random draw.

4. The winner is responsible for providing the correct contact details at time of entry. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for incorrect contact details resulting in forfeiture of the prize.

5. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter's Facebook and Instagram page.

6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Travel Details:

1. The winner and their chosen friend must be available to travel to Launceston on the 22nd of September 2023 and return on the 24th of September 2023.

2. Transportation to and from the departure airport (Melbourne or Sydney) is the responsibility of the winner.

3. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditure incurred while undertaking the prize, other than those mentioned in the prize details, are the sole responsibility of the travellers.

Privacy:

1. Junction Art Festival will collect and use each entrant’s personal information for:

(a) conducting the giveaway (which may include disclosure to third parties for processing and conducting the giveaway) and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in relation to the giveaway, and

(b) providing information about the products and services offered by Junction Art Festival.

1. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to using their personal information as described in clause 11.

2. The winner agrees to allow Junction Arts Festival to use their name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes.

General Terms:

1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

2. Junction Arts Festival’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Junction Arts Festival reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

4. Junction Arts Festival takes no responsibility for the condition of experiences supplied by other businesses as part of this giveaway.

5. Junction Art Festival shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Junction Art Festival will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
