Sunday

A Sunday session to round out a weekend of good vibes and Tassie spirit? We’ve got you covered!

Hometown’s Sunday lineup is nothing short of spectacular, featuring local favourites the Bad Dad Orchestra with their signature pub-rock style, Tasmanian country folk singer-songwriter Ange Boxall, and alt-country band Cotton Pony.

Tai Harlii and Laphrodisiac will also be taking the Main Stage, and be sure not to miss Interweave Arts’ Remade Parade: a carnival-style parade featuring wearable art made from recycled materials.

Sunday is your last chance to participate in Northern Children’s Network workshops, City of Launceston’s Junction Botany workshop with Alastair Mooney, and Team Textiles’ Masked Family Portraits!

TAC (Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre)  will be hosting takariliya lina - fun and games in palawa kani for children and families.

Enjoy these iconic performance & arts projects as they’re presented one last time in Prince’s Square.

Of course, we’ll have culinary delights a-plenty - so you can sit back, relax and enjoy an easy Sunday of homegrown goodness in the park.
