For three years artists Holly Leonardson (NSW) and Mae Finlayson (Tas) have been the custodians of the most amazing Tip Shop treasure find and now it’s time to share. They have gum nut men, seed creatures and shell sculptures in all differing stages of production. Some with acorn hats, some with googly eyes, some with nutty heads and some with two! It's time for their awkward debut into (not so) high society.
Throughout the festival Mae and Holly will build an ever-evolving Cardboard Castle with many rooms and balconies and bridges to house this odd bod hoard.
They will also welcome people into the space to take part in some hands on crafty gum nut workshops. There will be jewellery workshops run by Holly and small sculpture workshops run by Mae.
Tickets are non-refundable except in circumstances such as the cancellation of an event or forced changes due to COVID-19.
Tickets will be scanned at Front of House before entry. Please bring your ticket on a mobile device, or a hard copy of your ticket to the event.
