Doors open 6:15pm for all evening performances.
The Saturday matinee performance will include a pre-show, sensory introduction. Doors will open at 1pm to accommodate for this. This will provide attendees an opportunity to meet the cast, see the space and ask any questions they may have about what to expect during the show.
Friday 22nd evening performance will be AUSLAN interpreted.
BIG HEAT peeks behind the curtain of Tasmanian Championship Wrestling to tell an underdog story of 17-year-old Izzy becoming a local wrestling celebrity. This multi-artform feast captures the significance of our innate need for community and connection. Built on real-life accounts of the trials and tribulations of professional wrestling in Launceston.
ASSEMBLY 197 is led by Adam Wheeler and Emma Porteus, two dedicated and passionate Tasmanian creative professionals, working with a cohort of exceptional artists from across Australia to create work, interrogate practice, and to engage and inspire communities.

Mudlark Theatre Company are based in Launceston, in Northern Tasmania on the banks of kanamuluka (Tamar) River. We have a nineteen-year history here, providing employment, career pathways and professional development opportunities for Tasmanian artists.
Tickets are non-refundable except in circumstances such as the cancellation of an event or forced changes due to COVID-19.
Tickets will be scanned at Front of House before entry. Please bring your ticket on a mobile device, or a hard copy of your ticket to the event.
