Boil Up are a ten piece band based in Hobart. A melting pot of contemporary Australia, their roots stretch from the traditional owners of Tasmania, New Zealand and Fiji, to as far away as Ireland, England and Croatia; celebrating the coming together of different cultures into one family. Featuring rich harmonies blended together with traditional reggae, funk and R&B, Boil Up have created their own unique sound of reggae fusion. The musical ingredients and recipe have evolved over the years to create an energetic and entertaining human boilup that will leave you wanting a second helping.

Adam Page is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, music educator and record producer based in Adelaide, South Australia. Known widely for his critically acclaimed solo multi-instrumental looping performances, Page has carved his path internationally as a composer. He has written major works for the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Wellington, Zephyr Quartet and co-composed on numerous occasions with celebrated Kiwi composer John Psathas.
Award winning Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Seth Henderson returns to Junction Arts festival in 2024 with a prolific selection of new material.
Singing her way into your heart, Molly is a teen singer-songwriter based in Launceston, Tasmania (Lutruwita). Delivering new and familiar melodies with her rich, soulful tone. Molly has released two singles, Paper Cuts, and Stay Silent which are available on all streaming services. She has also co-written songs with her vocal duo act ME for their first release of No One Knows (also available on all streaming services), and her school band Legacy of Lunatics for Don't Need This Now, Headache and Catch Me if You Can, and Choose a Side
Born and based in the southern island of Tasmania, singer songwriter Oscar O’Shea writes music to simultaneously hold an audience tenderly, and highlight themes such as change and reflection. In 2023, Oscar released his debut single “Bottles”; a song blending gentle lyrics and a swell of dynamic accompaniment. This year Oscar is eager to release more of his music into the world and play to new audiences.
Sam McMeekin is carving out a niche with her distinctive blend of country roots and pop sensibility. Her musical prowess is uniquely hers, while reminiscent of todays biggest stars in the genre, drawing inspiration from the likes of Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lainey Wilson. In the past year, Sam has taken on a multitude of stages including Party in The Paddock, Luca Brasi, and the Wolfe Brothers. Most notably, Sam was handpicked by country megastar Morgan Evans, to support his Hobart show at Odeon Theatre on April 10th.

Rosella Pike is a vibrant 19-year-old solo local artist from Launnie, known for her laid-back, easy-going approach to life and music. Whether she’s performing her own songs or covering the classics, Rosella’s love for music shows through every song. Her true passion lies in bringing people together—whether it’s friends and family catching up over drinks at a local pub or strangers connecting over the shared experience of live music.
