High above the city, an unused floor of St Lukes wellness hub is transformed for one morning only into a yoga studio with a view, filled with light and open air, ahead of its future life as office space. Dive into a morning of soulful synergy with yogis Erin, Alex and Yvonne from The Yoga Loft, alongside KATTLEYA, whose sound draws on the rhythms of Latin America, as invigorating yoga flows meet soulful melodies and infectious beats. Movement and sound, fused together, for an energising start to your day. Afterwards, head to Harvest for a chai and let the morning linger. Everyone is warmly welcome to this vibrant celebration of creativity and connection.

All three yogis deeply value community, conscious movement and intentional breath and cannot wait to hold space for this Saturday session.
