Wanderer Magazine, in essence, is a celebration of creative youth. It is a platform for emerging & established creatives to share the real life moments of what it means to lead a life of doing what they love. We are independently run & operate out of Bellambi, NSW on Dharawal Country. Through our yearly print issues & online presence we capture & share the authentic innocence in the work of others, & the people behind it.
Established amongst the classroom desks of her final year of high school, Amber-Rose created the first issue of Wanderer as part of her end of school project. She designed 100 or so pages of interviews with people who she thought were looking at life through a different lens… Musicians, artists, photographers & community figures, young & old alike. The mag was born from her own love of ingesting various types of media, especially print, in relation to the sometimes naive youthfulness of creative ideas and the people who are shaping it in industry.
Junction acknowledges the Palawa people as the original and ongoing owners and custodians of Lutruwita. We pay our respects to elders past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded.
