Gabriel believes deeply in the power of intentional movement and connecting to the body, as a tool for change; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Drawing on over 20 years of movement research and teaching experience, Gabriel effortlessly weaves together anatomical alignment, yoga principles and spiritual philosophy. He seeks to always honour and respect the lineage of yoga, the land and the individual.

His teaching incorporates a sense of ritual or sacredness with curiosity and individuality, bound together by the underlying principle “Teach what is appropriate for an individual” as quoted by T. Krishnamacharya.
