Writer and Composer, Matthew Harris:
Having completed a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts: Theatre Major in 2021, Matthew Harris is an accomplished performer, sound designer and composer.
As a writer and designer, Matthew is a regular collaborator with Bindy Stephens for Happy Habits, taking on composition, sound design and co-direction roles for Mother Nature (2022), Teddies & Bin: Rhyme & Sing (2023) and Knock Knock (2024). TBRS earned him a Professional Sound Design nomination at the 2025 Tasmanian Theatre Awards.
Matthew recently adapted HG Wells’ The Time Machine for the stage, which was read at Mudlark Theatre’s One Weekend play-reading festival.
