Dr Pugh's Speakeasy
Junction Presents

Junction’s popular 1930’s prohibition speakeasy returns to the beautiful art deco Gospel Hall for 3 wild nights of cool live jazz, whisky and Tasmanian wines. The Speakeasy is named in honour of Dr Pugh, who in 1847 was Australia’s first doctor to use anesthetic for surgical operations. Dr. Pugh’s magnificent home and private hospital, like the Gospel Hall, both front Prince’s Square.
